1. Agreement

 

By downloading or using TLC Driver Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Khalek Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). You must be at least 18 years old to use TLC Driver Vault. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

 

 

2. What TLC Driver Vault Is

 

TLC Driver Vault is a mobile application that helps TLC-licensed drivers in New York organize vehicle documents, track business mileage for tax purposes, and optionally submit auto refinance applications through a licensed dealership partner. We are a technology platform and referral service. We are not a lender, insurer, credit services organization, or financial advisor.

 

 

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

 

TLC Driver Vault offers the following paid features:

 

Monthly Subscription ($4.99/month): Provides full access to the document vault, vehicle management, and mileage tracking. Includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial, billing begins at $4.99/month and continues until cancelled.

 

Pro Unlock ($49.99 one-time): A non-refundable one-time purchase that expands your active vehicle limit from 1 to 2 vehicles. The ability to submit auto refinance applications through the app is included with this purchase at no additional charge. This fee is for expanded vehicle management functionality only — it is not a fee for obtaining credit, not compensation for credit services, and not a condition imposed by any lender. Paying this fee does not guarantee approval of any refinance application.

All purchases are processed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions).

 

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their own policies — we do not control or process refunds directly.

 

 

4. Free Trial

 

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial of the Monthly Subscription. The trial begins when you start your subscription and ends after 7 days, at which point your payment method is charged $4.99 for the first billing period. You may cancel during the trial without being charged.

 

 

5. What Happens When You Cancel

 

If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be placed in read-only mode: you can view your existing documents but cannot add new ones. After 30 days in read-only mode, your account will be deactivated. Your data is not deleted — you can reactivate by resubscribing. If you request account deletion, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

The Pro Unlock ($49.99) is a permanent entitlement that does not expire, 

but its features are only accessible while your Monthly Subscription is active. 

Resubscribing restores full access to all unlocked features.

 

 

6. Auto Refinancing Service

 

TLC Driver Vault is not a lender, mortgage broker, credit services organization, or financial advisor. We do not make lending decisions, evaluate creditworthiness, or offer loans of any kind.

 

When you use the auto refinancing feature, TLC Driver Vault acts as a technology platform and referral service. We transmit your application information to our dealership partner, a licensed auto dealership, who works with their banking and lending partners to evaluate your request. Your application may be reviewed by one or more lenders through that dealership. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined entirely by the dealership and their lenders, not by TLC Driver Vault.

 

TLC Driver Vault does not pull your credit. Any credit inquiry associated with your refinance application is initiated solely by the dealership or their lending partners, not by us. You should expect that submitting an application may result in one or more credit inquiries by those third parties.

 

By submitting a refinance application, you authorize TLC Driver Vault to share the information you provide with our dealership partner for the purpose of processing your request. You understand that your information may be further shared with the dealership's lending partners as part of that process. TLC Driver Vault does not sell your personal information.

 

Submitting an application does not create any obligation on the part of TLC Driver Vault, the dealership, or any lender to approve or fund a loan.

 

The $49.99 Pro Unlock is a one-time fee for expanded vehicle management capacity — it increases your active vehicle limit from 1 to 2 vehicles. Access to the refinance application feature is included with this purchase at no additional charge. This fee is paid to TLC Driver Vault for app functionality only. It is not a fee for obtaining credit, not charged by any lender, and not compensation for credit services of any kind.

You should consult a licensed attorney before entering into any refinancing agreement.

 

 

7. Your Content and Documents

 

You retain ownership of the documents and photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content for the purpose of providing the service. We do not share your uploaded documents with anyone except as described in our Privacy Policy.

 

 

8. Acceptable Use

 

You may not use TLC Driver Vault to upload fraudulent documents, impersonate another driver, or circumvent vehicle limits by creating multiple accounts. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination for violations, your data may be permanently deleted without notice.

 

 

9. Third-Party Services

 

TLC Driver Vault integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Apple, and Google. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or actions of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

 

 

10. Intellectual Property

 

TLC Driver Vault, including its name, logo, design, and all content we create, is owned by Khalek Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

 

 

11. No Warranty

 

TLC Driver Vault is provided "as is." We make no guarantees that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. OCR date detection is provided as a convenience — always verify expiration dates yourself. Mileage logs generated by the app are for your reference and should be reviewed by a qualified tax professional before use in a tax filing.

 

 

12. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khalek Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TLC Driver Vault, including but not limited to missed document renewals, tax filing errors, or denied refinance applications. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of TLC Driver Vault exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.

 

 

13. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khalek Enterprises LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of TLC Driver Vault, your violation of these Terms, or your upload of fraudulent, inaccurate, or unauthorized documents.

 

 

14. Dispute Resolution

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of TLC Driver Vault shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. YOU AND KHALEK ENTERPRISES LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

 

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to support@tlcdrivervault.com within 30 days of first using the app. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.

 

 

15. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

 

 

16. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York, New York.
